DAVI iRoll Camera installed on angle rolls allows real time comparison of the radius on the drawing with the actual part being bent without removing it from the machine in a safe working environment. Create a virtual template to match the bending without removing the section from the machine. The operator has the possibility to import simple or complex shapes from DXF file to the CNC, or to create them directly on the screen, also multi-radius template. On the screen you can have the most useful info for measuring and axis position.
